Nampally Court asks Daggubatis to appear

The Deccan Kitchen Hotel demolition case which came up for hearing at the Nampally High Court today gave a huge shock to the Daggubati family members.

Daggubati family members have been seeking exemption from the Court from making personal appearances infront of the court. Rana, Venkatesh, Abhiram and Suresh Babu were supposed to appear infront of the court but they didnot.

The court after hearing their plea turned serious and issued directions once again to Daggupati family members to appear before it and posted the next hearing for 14 November 2025.

It is known that BJP leader Nanda Kumar approached court against the demolition and Nampally Court after hearing the proceedings, directed cops to file a case and proceed ahead. As such, police registered case  under Indian Penal Code (IPC) Sections 448, 452, 458, and 120B for trespass and criminal conspiracy.

Following this , an FIR was registered named producer Daggubati Suresh as accused number one (A1), his brother Daggubati Venkatesh as A2, Suresh’s son and actor Daggubati Rana as A3 and Rana’s brother and producer Daggubati Abhiram as A4.
