Ban Kantara is going viral due to Rishab Shetty. Sandalwood Star Rishab Shetty's Kantara Chapter 1 is racing for a spectacular release on 2 October 2025.

The promotions are in full swing and expectations are high as the film is the prequel to the hit film Kantara. Rishab Shetty is promoting the film in various languages and yesterday the film's pre release event was held in Hyderabad which was graced by Young Tiger NTR.

Much to the shock of all, Rishab did not even make an effort to speak few lines in Telugu but instead continued his speech in Kannada. This is making Telugu movie lovers angry as earlier in Chennai and Mumbai promotions; he spoke in Tamil and more fluently in Hindi.

Fans are now even trending #banKantaraChapter1'. Some even commented “When you are promoting your film in Telugu, make an attempt to speak in Telugu,” said a user on X.
