Sandeep Vanga Revealed His New Approach To Shoot Prabhas Spirit

Prabhas and director Sandeep Reddy Vanga are gearing up for their upcoming film, Spirit, with a unique approach to filmmaking. Vanga revealed on Jagapathi Babu's talk show, Jayammu Nischayammu Raa, that he's adopting a similar method used in his film Animal, where 70% of the background music is already ready. This approach allows for smoother shooting and saves time, potentially up to a week of production. Vanga explained that having background music ready beforehand makes it easier to know when to call "action" or "cut," streamlining the overall process.

Spirit promises to showcase Prabhas in a new light, with Vanga praising the actor's transparency and humility despite his massive stardom. The film's production is expected to begin soon, with Triptii Dimri as the female lead. According to reports, Spirit will be a cop drama with intense action sequences and emotional depth. Vanga has already completed a significant portion of the background music, which he believes will enhance the film's overall impact.

The director has expressed confidence in Spirit's success, predicting it will surpass his previous films, Arjun Reddy and Animal. With a budget of ₹300 crore, Vanga is determined to deliver a blockbuster hit. He's also promised that the film's runtime won't exceed three hours, ensuring a tightly wound narrative without compromising on intensity.

Spirit is set to start filming in January 2026, with Prabhas undergoing rigorous training for his role as a police officer. The film will be co-produced by Sandeep Vanga and Bhushan Kumar from T-Series, with Harshvardhan Rameshwar composing the music.
