Sukumar Confirms Pushpa 3

The Pushpa franchise is set to continue with its third instalment, Pushpa 3, after the massive success of Pushpa 2: The Rule. At the SIIMA Awards 2025, director Sukumar confirmed that the team is working on the next part, assuring fans that the story remains unfinished after the climax of Pushpa 2.

The confirmation came when Sukumar was asked about Pushpa 3 during a light moment on stage, referencing the film's famous dialogue "Party ledha Pushpa?" According to producer Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar of Mythri Movie Makers, Pushpa 3 is expected to release in 2028.

The delay is due to Allu Arjun's current commitments to other projects, including film with Atlee. Sukumar is also set to work on a project with Ram Charan before diving into Pushpa 3.

The third instalment promises to be an exciting continuation of the franchise, with the story expected to chronicle Pushpa's journey after earning his surname. With Pushpa 2: The Rule breaking multiple records and grossing over ₹1800 crore worldwide, expectations are high for Pushpa 3.
