Srinu Vaitla Looking For Comeback

Srinu Vaitla, known for his blockbuster films in the past, is set to make a comeback with a new project under the Mythri Movie Makers banner who earlier produced his Amar Akbar Antony starring Ravi Teja. After a series of flops, including the recent "Vishwam" with Gopachand, Vaitla is working on a new script with young writers. The project, reportedly approved under the Mythri banner, is being backed by Naveen Yarneni of Mythri Movies, who has shown interest in taking the project forward.

Srinu Vaitla has been working on a story written by writer Nandu, who proved his worth with the film "Samajavaragamana." The director is getting ready to narrate this story to heroes like Ram Pothineni, Naveen Polishetty, and Teja Sajja. However, all these heroes are busy with their own projects, and Mythri Movies is arranging a meeting with them soon to discuss the project.

The film's production is expected to start in the second half of this year, depending on which hero agrees to work with Vaitla. The director's past successes, including "Dhee" and "Ready," have earned him a reputation as a master of comedy films. With "Dookudu," he broke records with Mahesh Babu.

Srinu Vaitla's career has been on a downward spiral after a series of flops, and this project could be a make or break moment for him.
