Now he is starring in Gadar 3 and also playing the role of Lord Hanuman in Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana. Now reports are coming that Sunny Deol is prioritising Ramayana over Gadar 3.

A source shares that the makers of Gadar 3 asked director Anil Sharma to start shooting from the start of 2026 and wrap it up so that they can release it in the same year. However, the source adds "It’s true that Sunny has agreed to play Hanuman. But the role requires elaborate prosthetics and plenty of Sunny’s time,”

Sunny Deol added “Whichever project I am doing, I give my hundred percent. I am constantly searching for new ideas, new avenues to explore. I have a life beyond Gadar.”

He added “Yes, I’ve made many mistakes, though neglecting my career. I’ve been too trusting and emotional. Even now, I trust people. I won’t spend money on films with my eyes closed. Today, I’m very clear about what I want.”
