Kingdom to release in Srilanka

Kingdom to release in Srilanka. Rowdy Star Vijay Devarakonda recently came up with an action entertainer Kingdom. The film which is a duology is helmed by Gowtam Tinnanuri of Jersey fame.

The film opened up to record pre sales bookings thanks to the immense craze but the film got mixed reviews. However, everyone showered praises on Vijay Devarakonda's performance.

Now, reports are coming that the makers are planning to release the film in Srilanka. It is known that the film has Srilankan backdrop and highlighted the brothers bonding. The film's Tamil version will be releasing in Srilanka on 8 Aug 2025.

The film starred Satyadev as the brother of Vijay Devarakonda while Bhagyashri Borse as the female lead. The music is tuned by  Anirudh Ravichander. The film is produced by Naga Vamsi S – Sai Soujanya on Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas.

It has to be seen how Kingdom Tamil version will fare in Srilanka.
