Now his comments on wives turned controversial. He said  "Aaj kal bachchon mein patience hai hi nahi. Shaadi kuch time ke baad ek samjhauta hota hai, where you have to understand each other, live for each other.” (These days, children have no patience. Marriage, over time, becomes a compromise where both partners must understand and support one another.)

He continued "Phir ek bacchha aata hai, aur patni ko yeh jaanna zaruri hai ki husband career banayega toh bachche ko main dekh rahi hoon. Husband, of course, saath mein dekhega. Par aaj kal sab cheezon mein pressure bohot ho gaya hai.” (When a child arrives, the wife needs to realise that if the husband is focused on building his career, she should be the one to primarily care for the child. Of course, the husband will also be involved, but there’s a lot of pressure in everything nowadays.)

His comments did not go down well and netizens expressed their anger on him. Here are the comments.
