Shirish Offers Apology Regarding His Comments About Ram Charan

Producer Sirish's recent comments about Ram Charan in an interview with a YouTube channel created quite a stir. In response, Dil Raju stepped in today to put the controversy to rest. He explained that since it was Sirish's first interview, he may have spoken emotionally, and that there are absolutely no differences between them and Ram Charan. Dil Raju emphasized that even during the Sankranti release clash of two films, both Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan extended their support.

Shirish later issued an apology letter stating that he didn't make any derogatory comments about Ram Charan and that their production house has a very cordial relation with Chiranjeevi and family.

Dil Raju pointed out that when director Shankar was away working on Indian 2, Charan chose not to take up another film and waited specifically for Game Changer, which, according to Raju, shows Charan's commitment. He stated that he has been closely associated with Game Changer, while Sirish was only involved with Sankranthiki Vastunnam. 

The film Game Changer, starring Ram Charan, SJ Suryah, and Kiara Advani, was released with high expectations on Sankranthi, but the result was anything but favorable. Producer Shirish spoke about the aftermath of the film's failure, mentioning that nobody, including Ram and Shankar, reached out to him and his brother as a courtesy or to offer help. However, Dil Raju clarified that Sirish spoke from a distributor's perspective and that there was no other intent behind his comments.

Shirish's apology letter has put the controversy to rest, and it seems that the production house values its relationship with the mega family. The incident highlights the challenges and risks involved in the film industry, and the importance of maintaining good relationships between producers, directors, and actors.
