Vishwambhara getting delayed further. When Mega Star Chiranjeevi announced project with young director Mallidi Vasishta of Bimbisara fame for a socio fantasy entertainer titled Vishwambhara everyone got excited. They are reminded of Chiranjeevi's classic Jagadeka Veerudu Atiloka Sundari.

However as the film's shoot progressed, contrary to the claims of Mallidi Vasishta, the socio fantasy elements and especially the VFX elements and CGI work drew huge flak as they looked substandard. They went on a corrective mode and this is according to sources is delaying the film's release.

Now, inside talk is Vishwambhara will be releasing only during Summer 2026. Trisha is the female lead in the film which stars Kunal Kapoor, Ashika Ranganath, Ramya Pasupaleti, Esha Chawla, and Ashrita Vemuganti Nanduri in key roles.

Keeravani is the music director for the film which is produced under the banner UV Creations. It has to be seen how the makers efforts to correct the faults in VFX yield results.
