The recent developments in the Film Industry came as a surprise to many. Even as Tollywood exhibitors, distributors and producers are at loggerheads to resolve the issue where exhibitors and distributors are planning to shutdown the theatres from 1 June 2025, AP Cinematography Minister Kandula Durgesh came up with a shocking comments and posts suspecting conspiracy angle against AP Dy CM Pawan Kalyan's upcoming period Hari Hara Veera Mallu which is slated for release on 12 June 2025.
His statement came even as the stakeholders deferred the decision to close the theatres and resolve the issues amicably and meet once again on 30 May. Even as Tollywood was trying to come to terms with Minister Kandula Durgesh comments, AP Dy CM Pawan Kalyan and the Jana Sena party breathed fire accusing Tollywood of being thankless and Pawan commented on talking about Tollywood biggies not meeting CM Chandra Babu Naidu even once after he assumed office during the last one year.
But what Dy CM Pawan Kalyan and Cinematography Minister Kandula Durgesh missed is exhibitors of Andhra Pradesh planned closure of theatres from 1 June 2025 even before the makers of Hari Hara Veera Mallu announced the film's release date as 12 June 2025.
Telangana exhibitors never announced the theatres closure but after discussions with the producers, the exhibitors and distributors agreed to resolve the issues without going to the extent of closing the theatres. So there is no conspiracy angle involved in it and if Pawan Kalyan and his minister Kandula Durgesh talks about it, it shows that as there is no buzz over Hari Hara Veera Mallu, they are trying to generate buzz talking about the conspiracy angle when there is none and it looks silly to talk about one.
