Kanguva: Yolo song heats up. Kanguva's "YOLO" Drops a Beat, Revealing a New Side to Suriya.
With the highly anticipated release of director Siva's fantasy actioner "Kanguva" just a month away, the makers are keeping the momentum high by unveiling new tracks that promise a diverse musical experience. Following the folk-inspired "Fire" released two months ago, the latest song, "YOLO" (You Only Live Once), bursts onto the scene with a modern, high-energy vibe.
This dance number, complete with catchy hook steps, is a stark contrast to its predecessor. While "Fire" featured traditional instruments and a folk-infused sound, "YOLO" embraces a contemporary, urban feel reminiscent of club anthems.
The accompanying lyric video, interspersed with snippets from the movie, showcases Suriya and Disha Patani in a relaxed setting, hinting at a bond between their characters.
Interestingly, while "Fire" presented Suriya in his fierce Kanguva avatar, "YOLO" introduces a more sleek and contemporary persona. The contrasting styles of the two songs, each representing a different time period, effectively piques audience curiosity.
Devi Sri Prasad, who composed the track, lends his vocals alongside Lavita Lobo, with lyrics penned by Viveka. Produced by Studio Green and UV Creations, "Kanguva" boasts stunning cinematography by Vetri Palanisamy and editing by Nishadh Yusuf. The film is scheduled to hit theaters on November 14th.
With "YOLO" adding another dimension to the musical landscape of "Kanguva," anticipation for this epic fantasy actioner continues to grow.
