Vishal Rathnam Trailer Review

Vishal who has scored a box office success with Mark Antony is now coming back to his forte, mass action film, Rathnam. The film is directed by mass movie specialist Hari. After song, the Trailer of Rathnam has been released, giving out a narrative-style atypical of a Hari film.The film's trailer was released by the makers on Monday.

The story, set in Vellore, border of Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, follows goons who are behind the character played by Priya Bhavani Shankar for some undisclosed reason and Rathnam (Vishal) comes in their way to foil the bad guys' plans. Samuthirakani is seen as head of one side and Murali Sharma the other side. Meanwhile Gautham Menon also made his presence felt mouthing some mass dialogues.

The film directed by Hari, produced by Kaarthekeyan Santhanam, Alankar Pandian and Karthik Subbaraj under the banners of Zee Studios, Stone Bench Films and Invenio Origin. Priya Bhavani Shankar has started becoming a regular in Hari's films, after Yaanai / Yenugu playing the female lead in Rathnam. 

Samuthirakani, Ramachandra Raju, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Yogi Babu, Murali Sharma and Mohan Raman are part of the ensemble cast. The technical crew has cinematographer M Sukumar, editor TS Jay and music director Devi Sri Prasad. Rathnam is slated to be released on April 26.
