Sri Divya : Young Talented Beauty

Sri Divya gives a positive vibe whenever she appears on-screen with her girl next-door looks and impressive performances. Her innocence and charm go hand in hand which seems very rare to find that to who knows to act. Sri Divya, a Telugu girl has shined brightly in Tamil land. Though she got introduced with Telugu films, she shot to fame and earned recognition with Tamil films.

Sri Divya started her career as a child actor. She played small child roles in big films like, Arjun and Jagapathi Babu starrer 'Hanuman Junction', Mahesh Babu's 'Yuvaraju' and Ravi Teja's 'Veede'. She has also acted in Telugu television serials. She made her debut as a heroine in Telugu with 'Manasara', directed by Ravi Babu. But, she got her first break with the youthful film 'Bus Stop' directed by Maruthi, co-starring Prince, which was successful at the box office. It was followed by Mallela Theeram Lo Sirimalle Puvvu in which she played a lonely wife who falls in love with a writer. She performed well and won applause from all corners.

Sri Divya shot for her first Tamil film Nagarpuram in 2011, but the delay of the film meant that her Tamil debut was Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam opposite Sivakarthikeyan, which was directed by Ponram. The film became a superhit and she got wide recognition for perfectly playing a Tamil village belle. Since then, Sri Divya has been owned by Tamil industry and did many films including with big heroes like Karthi, Siva Karthikeyan and Vishal. 

After 2017, she made a brief hiatus and returned in 2022 with Prithviraj Starrer Jana Gana Mana , which marked her Malayalam debut. She is awaiting her next release, Tamil film 'Raid' with Vikram Prabhu.
