In "Operation Valentine," Varun Tej shares the screen with Manushi Chillar as the female lead, making it his first film after tying the knot with his real-life valentine, Lavanya Tripathi. Speaking to journalists, Varun Tej delved into the intricacies of both his real-life relationship with Lavanya Tripathi and his reel-life venture, "Operation Valentine."

Expressing his excitement about the upcoming Hindi/Telugu film, Varun Tej discussed both professional and personal matters. When asked about his preferred film genres, he admitted that while action comes naturally to him and he grew up watching action films, he also acknowledged the need to explore different genres as an actor, citing the success of "Tholi Prema."

Regarding his comfort level in Hindi, given that "Operation Valentine" is his first Hindi film, Varun Tej shared that he underwent rigorous training to master the typical Hindi spoken by Air Force personnel, as his character demanded it. Despite the challenges of shooting simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu, he managed to memorize his dialogues and deliver them effectively, albeit with some humorous incidents of mixing up his lines.

Addressing concerns raised by IAF officials regarding the film "Fighter," Varun Tej assured that they worked closely with the IAF, making necessary changes in the script to accurately portray their operations and maintain a positive relationship with the organization.

Reflecting on the emotional bond between IAF personnel and their families, Varun Tej highlighted their unity and sense of duty towards the country, observed during their shoot in Gwalior.

When asked about Lavanya's first movie, Varun Tej expressed admiration for her beauty and recalled their experience working together in "Mister," despite the film not performing well at the box office. He also praised Lavanya's ability to mingle well with people, expressing confidence in her ability to cope with their large family.
