Filmmaker Maruthi’s last outing Prati Roju Pandage was a smashing hit. Post that he took a gap and the subsequent coronavirus induced lockdown added to the prolonged gap. Having said, Maruthi used the time in his favour by coming with ‘Pucca Commerical’ scripts. Out of all he has chosen the best which comes with all the elements of commercial potboiler.
Maruthi is teaming up with action hero Gopichand for his next. The title and pooja ceremony will take place tomorrow, February 13 at 8.30am. The title is said to be 'Pakka Commercial' and an official annoucnment will be out tomorrow. The movie is bankrolled by Bunny Vass and presented by Allu Aravind. Reports were in that Raashi Khanna is likely to play the female lead. However, an official confirmation will be out soon.
Speaking about Gopichand he has been out of form of late. The actor who scored blockbsters with Loukyam, Lakshyam among others has been reeling under string of flops like Oxygen, Jil, Goutham Nanda and Chanayka to name a few.
However, Gopichand has proved his mettle in the past and still has a callbre of pulling the crowds to theaters. So it is to be seen how the Maruthi and Gopichadn's combo will fare out.
