Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case is still on. A section of media reports are continuously claiming on CBI is all likely to close the case soon with an underlined statement on no foul play in the actor’s death.
Amidst such false reports, CBI spokesperson R.K. Gaur issued the following statement.
CBI continues to investigate the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. There are certain speculative reports in the media that the CBI has reached a conclusion. It may be reiterated that these reports are speculative and erroneous and the agency will continue to investigate the death. SO, there is no truth in the reports of CBI filing a closure report.
Earlier, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) forensic team led by Sudhir Gupta ruled out the murder angle. This led to various speculations in the media. Along with CBI, Enforcement Directorate and Narcotics Control Bureau are also involved in the entire probe. So, we may have to wait for weeks to know the actual verdict from CBI.
