Movie Artists Association (MAA) president Murali Mohan and his team has visited Chief Minister Roshaiah and Cinematography Minister Geetha Reddy in the Assembly premises to discuss about the strict measures that are to be adopted in saving the Film industry from dangerous video piracy and also about the call given for ‘Tollywood Bandh’ tomorrow.
Geetha Reddy is known to have given the assurance of dealing with Anti Piracy laws and if necessary Preventive Detention Act will be used against all those who indulge in piracy. Satisfied by the assurances and guarantee offered by the Minister and CM, Murali Mohan said that ‘Tollywood Bandh’ will be withdrawn and the regular schedules will go on as usual. Yalamanchi Ravichand’s fast unto death before the Film Chamber will also be with drawn said Murali Mohan.
