Mega Power Star Ram Charan set a new trend with his film Rangasthalam which is running successfully in its second week. The film’s story is set in 80’s backdrop. Director Sukumar aptly portrayed situations in the era, whereas Charan impressed one and all with his stellar performance.
Young hero Sharwanand is also trying period drama with his new film under Sudheer Varma’s direction. Vizag and Kakinada sets are erected to can major portions of the film there.
Latest we heard is stylish star Allu Arjun is also keen to do a periodic film. As per inner sources, Bunny has asked a filmmaker to come up with a periodic subject like Rangasthalam.
Though Bunny proved his mettle as an actor with his flawless performance in previous films wants to experiment with periodic film like his cousin Ram Charan did. If things materialize, Allu Arjun is willing to launch the film sometime next year.
Interim, Allu Arjun’s latest movie Naa Peru Surya under Vakkantham Vamsi’s direction will grace theaters on May 4th.
