Acclaimed director Karthik Subbaraj who earlier flabbergasted with his previous films which are very different from each other is coming up with yet another super special film Mercury that is starring Prabhudeva in lead role.
Sound plays a key role in any kind of film, especially for horror and thriller genres. However, Karthik did a great experiment with Mercury which is actually a silent film. Except for screaming and shouting, no single word will be heard from any artist, though background score is there to give life to the scary visuals.
Mercury trailer starts with two love birds standing at edge of a hill-station. Then, other artists including Prabhudeva are introduced with creepy faces.
As said by a noted person silent makes the loudest sound. And one will surely accept this after watching Mercury trailer which is intriguing and bloodcurdling.
Almost after 3 decades after the release of Pushpaka Vimanam, other mute film is in the offing. Mercury, a no language film will arrive on 13th to scare you in theaters.
