Shankar directorial and Rajinikanth starrer Robo 2.0 is carrying humongous expectations worldwide. However, the delay in the release of the movie is causing frustration from the audience as well as the makers. Not just the makers of Robo 2.0 who are pissed off with these happenings, even the other big producers who are planning their release had to suffer.
Lyca Productions has already spent a whopping 400 cr for the movie and have handed over the VFX works to an overseas company based out in USA. However, the company is unable to deliver their work in the given time and the movie is being postponed. The latest release date that came from makers is April 13 or April 27.
Notwithstanding the tension if the company will deliver the product in time, Lyca Productions have gone ahead and sued the VFX company is the latest news coming from reliable sources. Strangely, the VFX company hired to do Robo 2.0 graphics work are also a recipient of Academy awards. We hope the movie release on time with no further delays. Stay tuned for more details.
