Indian Online e-commerce Business Dasara, Diwali Season Valued 25000 Crs

A recent study by Assocham says that e-commerce business in India may take an upsurge of nearly 30% in coming festival season of Dasara and Diwali touching Rs. 25,000 Crores mark for sure. All the e-commerce giants have already began promoting their heavy discounts sales attracting the consumers across varied financial sections.

Assocham Secretary General D S Rawat referred about their deeper analysis and polls conducted in various cities showing a strong 60% of respondents preferred online shopping than standing in long queues for hours together at shopping malls and stores. Ranging from simple groceries to costly gadgets, jewelry and home appliances, the festival period is going to provide lucrative deals. 

To avoid the crashing of servers as what happened in last season, all the e-commerce giants are taking precautionary measures upfront by moving to larger servers and cloud hosting services. Indian middle class consumers are waiting for day-to-day surprising deals to strike the portals.
