Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s highly anticipated pan India sports action drama Peddi has built strong momentum with its initial promotional content. Both songs released so far became instant chartbusters, while the two glimpses showed Ram Charan in strikingly contrasting avatars. The birthday special glimpse received exceptional appreciation from fans and trade alike. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana and produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas, with Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings presenting, Peddi has been steadily moving toward its theatrical launch.
The makers have now officially confirmed that Peddi is postponed to June for a worldwide release. After reviewing the current edit, the team expressed immense satisfaction with the output but decided to allow extra time for post production. The decision ensures Peddi is presented with absolute perfection and delivers a superior, polished theatrical experience. This move underlines the team’s focus on quality over rush, aiming to meet the massive expectations around the Ram Charan starrer.
Janhvi Kapoor plays the female lead in Peddi, with a powerful supporting cast that includes Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu, and Boman Irani in key roles. The film is backed by a stellar technical team. R Rathnavelu handles cinematography, Oscar winner AR Rahman composes the music, Navin Nooli is the editor, and Avinash Kolla leads production design to elevate the film’s visual world.
