Mahesh finishes Georgia schedule for Varanasi. Mahesh Babu's upcoming project Varanasi is progressing at a brisk pace under the direction of Rajamouli.
It is known that the makers have been shooting important scenes in the exotic locations of Georgia. According to the latest, it is coming out that Mahesh Babu completed the Georgia schedule. He returned back from Georgia to Hyderabad.
The film's next schedule will be in Antarctica. The film will soon becoming the fifth film across the world to be shot at Antarctica and the first Indian film in the process.
A source sharing more details about Antarctica schedule said “Earlier films shot in Antarctica include The Thing, Eight Below, Encounters at the End of the World, and Antarctica: A Year on Ice. Now, Varanasi joins this elite club as the fifth film to be shot there—and the first from India.”
Varanasi has already been filmed across Kenya, South Africa, and several other major overseas locations, underlining the massive scale and global vision of the project.
Priyanka Chopra is the female lead and Prithviraj Sukumaran, Prakash Raj are playing important roles in the film. The music for the film is scored by Keeravani and the film is releasing on 7 April 2027.
