The photos of Chiranjeevi with a hand belt while receiving the wedding invitation of Allu Sirish went viral. It is coming out that Chiranjeevi recently underwent surgery and he taking due care so that there will not be huge pressure applied on his shoulder.
Now , Chiranjeevi himself came up with the clarification on the entire issue.
He posted "Several well-wishers have enquired about my health after noticing the arm sling.It was just a minor shoulder keyhole surgery.
