She made her presence felt with her performances in films like Anthaka Mundu Aa Tarvatha (2013), Bandipotu (2015), Ami Thumi (2017) and Awe (2018) after making her debut with Sekhar Kammula's Life is Beautiful.
She is now awaiting the release of her upcoming film Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi. The film features Tharun Bhascker as the protagonist. In the meantime, Eesha speaking to scribes shared that a producer body shamed her.
She said the producer zoomed her pictures on the laptop and remarked that her elbows are dark and she should be even more fairer. She added that at that time she was hurt and embarrassed but later she took it in her stride.
She said she felt that she cannot change herself for others and please each and everyone and gained confidence in the way she was born.
