Pawan Kalyan is a well trained martial arts expert and he showcased his skills in various films. He enacted breathtaking stunts in his films with ease due to his martial arts expertise.
Recently Pawan Kalyan got international recogntion when he has been officially inducted into the Japanese sword fighting art, Kenjutsu. Pawan Kalyan trained in martial arts intensively in Chennai and also underwent training in various Japanese Samurai traditions. He also got the award of the Fifth Dan by the respected Japanese organisation Sogo Budo Kanri Kai.
In a rare honor he became the first Telugu person to be inducted into the Takeda Shingen Clan under Soke Muramatsu Sensei,which is an honour rarely given outside Japan. He also got the title Tiger of Martial Arts by the Golden Dragons organisation.
