The film, which hit theaters worldwide on January 14, 2026, faced stiff competition from big budget movies like The Rajasaab and Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu, yet managed to emerge successful at the box office with record collections.
Naveen Polishetty's performance, combined with Meenakshi Choudhury's charm, has drawn audiences in droves, making this a standout success for Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas. The movie's budget was reported at ₹40 crore, covering all production, promotional, and actor costs, with a pre-release theatrical business of ₹28 crore worldwide. The break-even target was set at ₹30 crore share, requiring a gross of about ₹60 crore for profit, a benchmark the film has now easily surpassed.
Official figures from Sithara Entertainments confirm that Anaganaga Oka Raju grossed ₹100.2 crore globally in five days, with a particularly strong showing in overseas markets. The movie crossed the $1 million mark (about ₹9 crore) in North America, making it Naveen Polishetty's third consecutive $1M US box office hit after Jathirathnalu and Miss Shetty Mister Polishetty.
Additional overseas earnings of about ₹3 crore came from Europe, UK, New Zealand, Australia, Gulf, and Middle East, pushing the total overseas collection beyond ₹12 crore. The film added over ₹20 crore gross on its fifth day alone, cementing its status as a major commercial success. The film was jointly produced by Suryadevara Nagavanshi and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, presented by Srikara Studios.
