This development comes just days after the Ministry of Corporate Affairs officially issued the Certificate of Incorporation for GISMAT RESTAURANTS PRIVATE LIMITED on 02 December 2025, with CIN U56101AP2025PTC122355, formally transitioning the business from a proprietorship into a fully recognized Private Limited Company. The rebranding to Jismat carries a deeply personal meaning for Tollywood Hero Dharma Mahesh. The new identity is inspired by his 2-year-old son, Jhagadwaja, whose name represents the “J” that defines the brand’s refreshed identity and emotional foundation. Mahesh emphasized that the legacy of the brand is rooted in his son, and the identity of Jismat is a reflection of family, purpose, and sentiment.
This Dilsukhnagar launch follows closely after the successful opening of the first Jismat Jail Mandi branch in Ameerpet on 23rd November 2025, a memorable occasion celebrated on Jhagadwaja’s birthday. The Ameerpet outlet marked the beginning of the brand’s new chapter under the “Jismat” identity, symbolizing both growth and personal legacy.
