Nara Rohith's romantic comedy Sundarakanda is all set to make its digital debut on Jio Hotstar. Despite receiving positive reviews, the film didn't perform as per expectations at the box office. However, the good news is that Sundarakanda has locked a profitable non-theatrical deal with Jio Hotstar, with the digital and satellite rights being bagged for ₹9 crore.
Sundarakanda will begin streaming on Jio Hotstar from September 23, 2025, in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam languages. The film will be available on OTT after completing a four week theatrical run. Directed by debutant Venkatesh Nimmalapudi, Sundarakanda is a light hearted family entertainer with a well mixed humorous tone, starring Nara Rohith, Vriti Vaghani, and Sridevi Vijaykumar in lead roles.
The film's cast includes Naresh Vijaya Krishna, Vasuki Anand, Satya, Ajay, VTV Ganesh, Abhinav Gomatam, and others in crucial roles.
