Karisma Kapoor Children File Petition Over Rs 30000 Crore Estate

Karisma Children Moves High Court

Karisma Kapoor's children, Samaira and Kiaan, have approached the Delhi High Court, seeking their share of their late father Sunjay Kapur's massive estate, valued at around Rs 30,000 crore. The siblings allege that their father's third wife, Priya Kapur, tampered with Sunjay's will to claim the entire fortune. Samaira and Kiaan are demanding one fifth of the property each, asserting their status as legal heirs.

The petition highlights the close relationship Samaira and Kiaan shared with their father, Sunjay Kapur, until his sudden death earlier this year. The siblings claim to have had regular meetings, visits, and communication with their father, including WhatsApp groups and video calls. They also frequently visited their father's Rajokri residence in Delhi, where they each had designated rooms.

The bone of contention is a will dated March 21, 2025, in which Sunjay allegedly left his entire personal property to Priya Kapur. However, Samaira and Kiaan have challenged its authenticity, claiming it is fabricated and designed to oust them from their inheritance. The siblings are seeking a share of the estate, which they believe is rightfully theirs.
