Case filed against Pawan Kalyan for misuse of powers. Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan landed in trouble when a case has been filed against him in the High Court alleging misuse of powers.
Vijay Kumar, Former IAS Officer, President of the Liberation Congress Party filed a case against Pawan Kalyan accusing of misusing his powers for his film.
Vijay Kumar made a complaint regarding this to the Chief Secretary of the government and the DG of the Anti-Corruption Department through a letter. He sought action against Pawan Kalyan as per anti corruption act. He accused Pawan Kalyan of not caring for his constituency and disposing his duties as the Minister and cited that it is wrong on part of Pawan Kalyan to act in films.
He also questioned how Pawan Kalyan himself give green signal to the hike in ticket rates, permission for benefit and special shows for his film Hari hara Veera Mallu. He accused Pawan Kalyan of extorting money from people.
