Nagarjuna Experience Working with Rajinikanth In Coolie

Nag Says Rajni Helped Him

With just three days to go before its release, Rajinikanth's Coolie is generating immense buzz. The film's makers recently hosted a promotional event in Mumbai to launch the Hindi album, featuring Telugu superstar Nagarjuna and actress Shruti Haasan. Nagarjuna, who plays a negative role in the film, praised Rajinikanth's charisma and guidance, saying, "He helped me with Tamil dialogues and guided me. It was really nice of him." The event showcased the film's potential to become a massive hit.

Nagarjuna revealed that he enjoyed playing a bad character in the film and that it took director Lokesh Kanagaraj 7-9 meetings to convince him to be part of the project. "I made him work for it. I had to make sure that I was doing the right thing playing a baddie," Nagarjuna said with a smile. Shruti Haasan, who also plays a crucial role in the film, shared her experience of working with Rajinikanth, saying, "His aura is really something which impresses you the first time you meet him."

The film boasts an impressive ensemble cast, including Aamir Khan in a special appearance, Sathyaraj, Upendra, and Soubin Shahir. Produced by Kalanithi Maran under the Sun Pictures banner, Coolie marks Rajinikanth's 171st film and reunites him with Sathyaraj after 38 years. With its intense violence, the film has been awarded an 'A' certificate, fueling audience curiosity.
