8 Vasantalu Is A Profitable Project For Mythri

8 Vasantalu A Profit Or Loss Venture

The movie 8 Vasantalu, produced by Mythri Movie Makers, received negative reviews from its first show and failed to impress audiences. Despite having impressive teasers and trailers, the film's response was lukewarm, both in the Telugu states and especially in overseas where it was premiered two days prior to its release which hampered it's bright prospects. The film's second half was particularly criticized for being uninteresting, and the target audience was disappointed.

The producers and director of 8 Vasantalu did not attend the success meet, which was held despite the film's poor performance. The media was eager to cover the event, but they did not get the footage they wanted. It seemed like the makers indirectly admitted that the film was a flop. The film was made on a budget of Rs. 6 crores, and up to Rs. 8 crores was recovered in the form of non-theatrical rights.

The producers released the film with table profits only, and since it was released on an advance basis, there was no loss on their side. However, the film's failure to perform well in theaters meant that the director and cast did not get the recognition and popularity they were hoping for. The makers are confident that the film will get a good reception on Netflix, but it's uncertain if it will work out.

The film's performance on Netflix will determine if it gets the much-needed recognition and popularity for the director and cast. Despite the film's disappointing release, the makers are hopeful that it will find its audience on the OTT platform. Only time will tell if 8 Vasantalu will be able to redeem itself and prove to be a successful film after all.
