Parkwood School is a Sex Pandora Box

When Parkwood International School Principal Sallauddin Ayub agreed of the allegations made against him about raping a minor student repeatedly from one year, he is rightly kept behind bars. But Ayub is such a sex maniac that there are many more sexual abuse cases in the school which went unreported, Police found in their latest interrogation.

It was almost a year ago that a 16 year old hostel worker was allegedly sexually harassed by this same Ayub and the victim committed suicide on August 5, 2009. This girl has been a part time worker in the school, appointed as house keeper by the school management and was later appointed one of the peon. Ayub had shown undue favour in appointing the girl even though there was no vacancy.

The victims relatives said that she used to complain of being asked to stay back on campus even after her duty hours. While the girl refused on more than one occasion, Ayub allegedly threatened to fire her and even harm her family members. Victim was asked to stay back till late to clean up Ayub’s private room. She had complained of him leering at her while she cleaned.There were instances when he touched her and even tried to force himself on her.

However,the situation became worse when she narrated her trauma to another male staff member who also started abusing her. This male staff member in charge of cleaning the lavatories sexually exploited the minor girl. Ayub came to know of the incident and sacked her. On her way back she committed suicide by drinking poison. Though girl's parents complained the police but not of  use as no case was registered.

It is known that not alone director; even School Principal and the wardens have their own share of crime for allegedly threatening the victim’s kins or publishing defamatory content on the internet about the rape victims.
