A special court on Thursday posted the multi-crore Satyam Computer fraud case to March 26 for hearing on framing of charges against prime accused B Ramalinga Raju and nine others.

All the nine accused, except Satyam founder Raju, who is undergoing treatment for his ailments, were produced before the XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate court, Nampally, after expiry of their custody on Thursday.

The judge also enquired the advocate about the health condition of Raju, the prime accused in the case.

Earlier, Raju moved the Supreme Court seeking bail petition as he needs specialized medical help for serious cardiac and other health problems.  However, the apex court rejected his petition saying that Raju's release increases the likelihood of his tampering with the evidence.
