Rajamouli son sensation about Varanasi. Super Star Mahesh Babu's upcoming film Varanasi directed by star director Rajamouli is capturing the imagination of all.The film already entered into post production and is racing for a spectacular release across the world on 7 April 2027.

In the meantime, Rajamouli's son Karthikeya, who is one of the producer, increased expectations on the film saying that Varanasi is a Volcano. Mahesh Babu is playing dual roles, one as Rudra and another as Lord Ram in the film which has different timelines.

The film stars Priyanka Chopra as the female lead and Prithviraj Sukumaran is playing the role of Kumbha. Priyanka will be seen as Mandakini in the film. Rajamouli and Mahesh Babu are joining hands for the first time while Varanasi happens to be Rajamouli's first after his sensation with magnum opus RRR which went on to the Oscars and the song Naatu Naatu won the best song award.
