Hyderabad, Oct 22: To uncover the conspiracy behind the death of chief minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy in a helicopter crash, Minister for Home Smt Sabitha Indra Reddy on Thursday stated that government would write a letter to Central Bureau of Investigation to complete the probe speedily.Briefing to media persons over the discussions that took place between Ministers and top-brass of police officials held under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister K Rosaiah at Secretariat over the law and order situation in the state, the Home Minister said that the government wants to complete the probe speedily to clear the doubts about the conspiracy angle published in Sakshi newspaper owned by late chief minister’s son and Kadapa MP Jaganmohan Reddy.

She said the meeting discussed the helicopter crash issue threadbare and demand for an indepth probe into Ysr's death.From the technical point of view, the Director General of Civil Aviation was conducting the inquiry, she added."Facts should come out. That is why several inquiries have been ordered. We want to find out if any body was responsible and what were the causes for the crash. The government will take action after getting the reports," she explained.The meeting also discussed the growing menace of naxalites issue in the state and border areas. She said that the government would strengthen the Octopus, the elite force formed by the government to tackle terrorism in the State, by providing latest arms and appointing more staff to deal with terrorist elements effectively.

The government would convene a meeting with bankers in districts to sanction loans for unemployed educated students to set up industrial units and to stand on their feet.To wipe out unemployment problem in the state, the government would extend full cooperation to the Industries to expand their units in the state, she said.She said the naxal problem mainly arised due to inequal distribution of wealth and resources.In the wake of controversy, she said the government has filed a review petition on free zone issue in the High Court. On this issue, except Telangana Rashtra Samiti and Lok Satta, all parties agreed to the government’s proposal, she said.
