According to the reliable sources, the Corporate Affairs Ministry was keen on a completion of trial to nail the offenders who perpetrated the Rs 7,000-crore at Satyam.
The AP High Court has granted an approval to set up a separate division bench to expedite the trial. But the judges are yet to be appointed.

The delay would also hamper Central Bureau of Investigation’s move to conduct a lie-detector and polygraph test on Raju and his co-conspirers. Raju, who contested the validity of these tests, suffered a heart attack on Monday. He is also suffering from Hepatitis C and hypertension, according to medical reports conducted earlier at the Osmania General Hospital.
