Speaking about the video, she said '“It’s just a nip slip, why are people making such a big deal out of it. We should normalise it instead of turning it into a scandal. People are behaving as if they haven’t seen breasts or nipples in their life before. Looking at the comments on social media, I started to wonder if I have something that other women don’t have.” and elaborating further she said “The original reel that I shared on my Instagram page didn’t have the nip slip, but it looks like one person leaked this video and then it started being shared on other platforms in different ways — some people morphed it, some made the shade darker to make it more visible. It’s disgusting.”

She said this incident showed how repressed people are and questioned whether people who are abusing her will react in the same manner if something similar happens in case of their mothers and sisters. She said in modeling and photoshoots many actresses faced wardrobe malfunction and they should be appreciated for carrying themselves in a dignified manner. She said people compete that they were the first to notice and angry questions '“Yeh maine dekh liya!” toh kya tumhe Oscar milna chahiye kya?
