The contrasting perspectives of the chief ministers of two Telugu states towards Vakeel Saab are being perceived by the Telugu people now.

Vakeel Saab, starred by Power Star Pawan Kalyan, had a smooth release on April 9 without any hiccups from the Telangana government. Two early morning shows were screened Hyderabad while a significant number of special shows were screened across Telangana. Ticket prices were also same like any other big ticket entertainer's first day ticket pricing.

Initially, Power Star's fans were dubious if the TRS government would impose Covid restrictions in theatres something like 50% occupancy or complete cancellation of the shows. But then, nothing of that sort happened till date. It's buzzed that 50% occupancy will be imposed in a few days as part of a preventive measure against the spread of the contagion. However, the film has already fallen into profit zone as such, restrictions in film theatres would show no effect on Vakeel Saab

On the contrary, Jagan Reddy, who is said to have been scared by Pawan Kalyan, imposed cruel rules against Vakeel Saab. Jagan Reddy's decision to cancel benefit shows and reduction of ticket prices gave a major jolt to the exhibitors and distributors. Now that the film proved to be a blockbuster, all of them were saved despite the sadistic rules imposed by the government.

All said and done KCR's generous gesture and Jagan Reddy's cruel gesture on Vakeel Saab entered the history books permanently. Undoubtedly, this derogatory remark is a blot on the face of Jagan Reddy.
