It has been a huge shocker to Eenadu readers that media baron Ramoji Rao steps down from chief editor post. He is replaced by Manukonda Nageswara Rao for AP edition and DN Prasad for Telangana edition.

But then, why this sudden change in the newspaper? According to reports, Ramoji's age factor prompted him moving down from chief editor post. Ramoji, de facto, has been not that active in media's affairs like before. His health issues and age issues made him take such a crucial decision giving up chief editor post. However, his name remains to be forever as the founder of Eenadu newspaper.

One of the biggest criticisms being encountered by Ramoji is that he would always exhibit bias towards TDP. Ever since, late NTR launched TDP, Ramoji was buzzed to have stood next to NTR and would encourage the party's political activities. Some oppositions call Ramoji as Rajaguruvu.

Is Eenadu going to change its political ideology post Ramoji parted Eenadu?

Even though, Ramoji left Eenadu, his ideology and political strategies would be implemented by his successors. Hence, there will be no change in the political policy of Eenadu.
