The current competition prevailing in the industry is forcing not only fans but also stars to take views of their upcoming films first look, teaser, trailer and songs in a prestigious manner. It is not clear how these will help in the film's collections, talk is on that digital media companies are making huge profits cashing in to this craze.

Analysts are of the opinion that even stars are insisting on having record views on their upcoming film's songs, teasers and trailers and so the trend of fake views and paid promotions is becoming rampant in the industry. Almost all heroes irrespective of their stature are competing with each other and this fake views has become a common phenomenon.

Already accusations are on that few digital media organizations are hand in glove with Mahesh Babu's Sarileru Neekevvaru teaser getting a record 18million views in just 24 hours. This is because the teaser got clicks in lakhs even from Pakistan. Though one cannot say all the views for the teaser are fake, some manipulation went on. However Sarileru team is rubbishing these accusations.

Not just Mahesh Babu's Sarileru Neekevvaru is facing this allegation, even Allu Arjun's Ala Vaikunthapurramloo and for that matter all star heroes films are facing similar accusations. Trade analysts are saying that it is a bad precedent for producers to spend few amounts from the budget to get record views for teasers, trailers and songs.
