Scarcely do we witness two films are made simultaneously with similar themes. Long back, Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna's Ashoka Chakravarthy and Victory Venkatesh's Dhruva Nakshatram were made with similar concept and were released on the same day. Dhruva Nakshatram got the victory over Ashoka Chakravarthy.
And recently, Natural Star Nani's Jersey and Naga Chaitanya's Majili were made with cricket backdrop and locked horns in the same season. Both the films stood as hits.
If at all inside reports are anything to go by, a never witnessed happening is on its way to surprise audience. As per gossipmongers, Vijay Deverakonda's World Famous Lover and Akhil's untitled film under Bommarillu Bhaskar's direction are being filmed with a similar story line. Wonder what, both the films have heavily been inspired by Mega Power Star Ram Charan's romantic entertainer Orange.
As we know, Bommarillu Bhaskar, who is directing Akhil, directed Orange then. Though the film was a disaster at the box office due to flaws in execution, the concept is connected quite well to current generation's youth.
We are being told by film nagar sources that World Famous Lover is the breakup story of Vijay, who loves four heroines one after the other but faces breakups with them. Akhil's film is also said to be more or less similar to the same story of WFL.
However, unless the makers of both the films come up with a condemnation statement on the ongoing rumours, movie lovers keep believing the rumours.
