Tollywood movie lovers are known for their universal love. They appreciate films from all languages and own the stars as their own family members.

That is the reason why Tamil stars films be it Rajinikanth's Basha, Narasimha, Sivaji, Robot, Vikram's Aparichitudu created sensations. There was a time when Tollywood makers used to postpone their releases for Kollywood top stars films. Even medium range heroes from Kollywood made a powerful impact.

However of late, Kollywood wave reduced but even now Tamil stars test their luck and increase their market. Tollywood media too support Tamil stars which is not the case in Kollywood.

Not only Kollywood media but also Kollywood industry does not support other languages films in any manner. They don’t allocate the required number of theatres and Tamil media completely ignore Telugu films. Baahubali turned out to be an exception as Tamil Tambis liked the film, the media was forced to shower praises on it.

However, after Baahubali, Prabhas' Saaho didn’t get the required support and one can consider the negative reviews as an excuse. But Chiranjeevi's Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy despite good reviews didn’t find any takers in Kollywood. This despite the fact that Rajinikanth and Sarath Kumar heaped praises on the film. Media, however, showed its partiality crushing the film.

On the other hand, Tamil star Vijay's Bigil released in a grand manner as Whistle in Telugu and media is supporting it and the film also got a good number of theatres. Karthi’s Kaithi also released on same day alongside Whistle in Telugu as Khaidi. Both the films get good response from Telugu audience.

But fans of top Tollywood stars after seeing the Tamil Tambis response to Saaho and Sye Raa are angrily questioning why should Tollywood movie lovers support and watch Tamil stars films when they are not reciprocating in the similar manner.
