Tabu Supports Rana Or Sai Pallavi

Yesteryear glamour queen Tabu who romanced top stars during her hay days is once again getting ready to thrill movie lovers. She recently gave green signal to play the role of Stylish Star Allu Arjun's mother in his upcoming entertainer with Trivikram Srinivas. The film highlights the mother-son sentiment and features Pooja Hegde as a female lead and tentatively titled as Alakananda.

In the meantime it is coming out that Tabu is turning social activist in her next. It is known that Venu Udugula of Needi Naadi Oke Katha fame is directing Sai Pallavi and Rana in an interesting project where Sai Pallavi will be seen as a naxalite and Rana as a police officer.

Now, many are wondering whose side Tabu will take, Naxalite Sai Pallavi or cop Rana. A source shares, “Director Venu Udugula flew down to Mumbai last month to narrate his story to Tabu. The actress was intrigued by the script and her role in it. In excitement, Tabu agreed to be a part of the film, although she hasn’t signed the contract yet.”
