Why She Shouted Shakira Shakira?

Tollywood’s first space thriller Antariksham 9000KMPH visualized by Sankalp Reddy of Ghazi fame is all set for a spectacular release on Dec 21. The film stars Mega Prince Varun Tej, Aditi Rao Hydari and Satyadev as astronauts Dev, Riya and Vijay respectively while Lavanya Tripathi is playing Varun’s love interest. 

Aditi Rao Hydari recollected her ordeal while shooting for her role. She said, “Shooting for this film was really really tuff for me. I was simultaneously doing another movie shoot and the schedule was really hectic. I have to fly back and forth every day. On the set, we were harnessed to perform the zero gravity stunts under the supervision of experts from Eastern Europe,”

Continuing further she said, “When I felt numbness on my legs, I used a code word to the member of the stunt team to let her know about my situation and the code word was ‘SHAKIRA... SHAKIRA’... And she used to come running and loosen my harness.”

Aditi also recollected how she met with an accident on the sets. “I luckily weigh only 48 kgs and that helped me to perform the stunt bit more easily than other star casts of the film. During this shoot, I met with a small accident and doctor told me to take bed rest for 10 days. But, I put my effort and came back onto the set within two days. I simply had to do it ‘coz I can’t make the entire team wait for 10 long days,” she shared.

Aditi showered praises on Varun Tej for his selection of stories. She said both used to enjoy a lot with funny space chatting.
