Moily denies granting permission for Odarpu Yatra

In a  fresh  controversy that  developed late on Tuesday  evening, Veerappa Moily  the AICC  general secretary in-charge of  Andhra Pradesh denied the  statement that  he permitted Jaganmohan  Reddy,  the  Congress MP from  Kadapa  to go on Odarpu Yatra.

Speaking to the  reporters he said `` Neither  Jagan  sought  any permission from me nor did I grant him any permission to  go on Odarpu Yatra.’’

``I  only advised him   not to visit Telangana till the  by-elections  are over in Telangana. The  discussion regarding the Odarpu Yatra  in the other districts  did not figure in our conservation in the  morning,’’ Moily added.

The statement  which Jagan  made  in the presence of media after  his  meeting with  Moily has  raised doubts  in the  Congress  circles here.
