Hyderabad, Feb 8: Communist Party of India state secretary K Narayana on Monday warned former minister JC Diwakar Reddy and his brother Prabhakar Reddy to withdraw cases foisted against labour working in his factory.Talking to reporters, he said the Cpi activists would lay siege to Tadipatri on Feb 17 demanding withdrawal of fake cases filed against the labourers.He urged the government to arrest the former minister and his brother for filing cases against the labourers.

He alleged the former minister and his brother were working at the behest of Aditya Birla Group.He also regretted that the Andhra Pradesh High Court had quashed 4 percent reservation for minorities in educational institutions and the state government services.He urged the state government to find a permanent solution to provide reservation for minorities by amending the Constitution.
