Revanth slams KCR on formation of new districts

Telangana TDP Working President A. Revanth Reddy has alleged Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao was behaving in an insane manner with regard to formation of new districts.

Addressing the TDP's Mini Mahanadu at Balaji Gardens in Ramchandrapuram of Medak district on Sunday, Revanth Reddy alleged that the Chief Minister wants to create a new district comprising of two Assembly segments. He said such an attempt was not practical. He said that the TDP would not remain silent if any injustice is done with anyone in formation of new districts.

Revanth Reddy also alleged that large scale irregularities and corruption was taking place in execution of different projects in the State. He said while the State Government was imposing new conditions for distribution of pensions among poor, he imposed no restrictions in sending his relatives to Assembly and Parliament. Accusing TRS Government of forced land acquisition for projects, he asked whether the Chief Minister would give away his farm house for the same.

The TDP leader said that he would soon come out with specific details of involvement of KCR and Irrigation Minister T. Harish Rao in different scams.
